Terms & Conditions

If you continue to browse and use this website or our catalogue you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Beal (UK) Ltd’s relationship with you. The term ‘Beal (UK) Ltd’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Sterling Works, Texas Street, Tingley (A650), Leeds, LS27 0HG. The term you refers to the user or viewer of our website or catalogue.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Use of our web site and printed catalogue.

The content of the pages of this website or catalogue is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. You acknowledge that any information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
There may be occasions where a product is out of stock and we have to substitute this product with a comparable item. Due to these constraints with suppliers or manufacturing tolerances,  product images may occasionally vary. We make the best endeavours to ensure that web images are as accurate as possible, however, we cannot offer this guarantee with the printed catalogue.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website or our other outlets meet your specific requirements.
We may from time to time advertise special offers, stock clearance or loss leaders on third-party platforms such as eBay or Amazon.
The prices on these platforms are independent of our web site and catalogue.

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (whether in-store, by telephone, via our website or by such other means as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either by delivery of the goods to you; or by providing the goods you have purchased to you at the trade counter, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us.

The automated processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order (including web site emails confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods by you from us are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

Where we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice, and by doing so, may differ from our printed catalogue.  Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods.

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described, in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
